Here's the cervical assessment embedded into PhysioGraphic. For demonstration purpose, we have limited our demo to the cervical spine evaluation only. 

Each assessment encompasses several sections, and each section several topics.

To browse into this assessment  wizard, click on the button Nav item;. 

For the case study, please record (if necessary) your case study. You do not necessarily have to fill each field of the assessment wizard. 

At last, most of the fields are bundled with + and - button. Instead of retyping the same case study for each patient, you may record many default template for the case study. That will speed up your documentation time.

When over, click on the Ok button.
