So to perform an assessment click on Orthopedic, then tap on cervical spine for example. PhysioGraphic is bundled with assessment for all other major joints.

To perform a radicular statement for the cervical spine, click on Cervical radicular

To edit, manage and create statement as in your favorite text editor. In these statement, you may insert colorful diagrams, right to impress your referring physician
