This dialog box shown above is divided in
several sections or property pages, listed as follows:
Patient
profile section gathers all information pertaining to the identity
of the patient. (First name, last name...)
Home
section gathers all information pertaining to the address of the
patient.
In
the employer section, all information relevant to the employer
may be found
In
Referring physcian section is defined the physician that refers
the patient to your healthcase center.
Paralegal
section gathers all information pertaining to the paralegal business
if any.
In
Extended health benefit section, information regarding the
employer's insurance group if any.
In
Automobile insurance section is specified the auto-insurer
if the patient has been injured by a car accident.
In
Work-related injury insurance section is specified the
insurer if the patient has been injured at work
In
Notes section, you may enter any valuable information that could
not be stored in all other sections.
Finally
in Reason for treatment section, you may enter the diagnostic and
the cause of accident, as well as the injury date, and initial
evaluation date.
It
is noteworthy to highlight that any patient information will be copied automatically in the desktop
at the next patient synchronization. Once information updated,
click on the Ok button.
