First select the view you wish to evaluate (anterior or posterior view, upper or lower body...) To record a new evaluation of sensitivity, select the date then click on new button. Afterward, position the pain, paraesthesia, hypoesthesy cursors... by just double-clicking anywhere on the diagram. To floodfill any myotom areas, click on Myotom button. 

When over, click on the Ok button.
