This dialog box allows you recording motion testing into the patient folder for each impaired joint.

For a new record, you have to select the motion and specify the date of the evaluation, then click on new button and record your evaluation. 

As soon as a change has been made, it is automatically recorded into the patient folder.

When over, click on the Ok button.
