To record all treatments made during an appointment, please do the following:

Select your date then click on New.

Select the treatment you have provided to your patient, then choose your options.

Record a note if desired.

Click on the Add Button

The treatment will be automatically added to the list of treatments you have provided at the date specified above (26/04/2002)

All data recorded using this dialog box  may be printed in the modality sheet on the desktop version

You may also modify and delete previous entries. Click on Ok button when finish.
