Document template
PhysioGraphic gives you all the tools to increase the productivity of your practice. From the web site, users may download free document templates, based on the specification of each region. If you don't find a template for a document widely used in your area, PhysioGraphic will create one for free:
Of course, PhysioGraphic will attempt to preserve the format as much as possible. To submit your document template, you must fax it to us at 1-514-276-1366 with
your name, e-mail address, phone number.
- The name of the new template commonly used in your region by all physical therapists. Also you must supply a little description about its content.
Once the new template created, all physical therapists could download it from the PhysioGraphic's web site.
Also it is important to highlight that PhysioGraphic will not create your document templates specific to your need only, without any charge. If needed, you must fax your document template to us with contact information (Name, e-mail, phone...) and we will contact you as soon as possible. The cost depends on the complexity. Of course, your template will not be posted on the Web Site. If you wish to understand how template document works, simply download one listed below and open it with PhysioGraphic as it is a document. If you are a master of document editing in your favorite word-processor, writing yours should be straightforward.
How to register your template in PhysioGraphic
From the main menu, execute the command Main Menu/Options/Cust. Doc Templates. The dialog box popping up on your screen manages all registered templates in PhysioGraphic. To register a new template into your copy of PhysioGraphic, you must click on Add button to enter the name of your new template. (That name will appear in the submenu Main Menu/Insert Doc Template/). Once the name entered, you must provide the location of the new template file. So click on the button browse and pick up your file. Once the document template selected, your new template is now fully operational. You can insert it inside your active document (an empty document or not) from the submenu Main Menu/Insert Doc Template/
How to design your template specific to your need
You may edit any document template as it is a PhysioGraphic document. The only difference is that in your template document, there are specific expressions that is going to be automatically replaced by PhysioGraphic. The full set of expressions is available from the floating menu. It is important to notice that the format is preserved. There are expressions for each field of your patient profile, the referring physician...

- Your document template inserted at the caret position of an empty page. Some expressions such as <Patient_Lastname> has been replaced by the name of the patient whose folder is opened.
Of course, you may insert PhysioGraphic evaluation diagrams anywhere in your document. Physical therapists use PhysioGraphic as they do in their favorite word-processor.
